Refund policy

Refunds are not available on any personalized products, including, but not limited to, blankets and cubbies, signs that are personalized, and clothing.

Refunds can be processed within 14 days of you receiving your item if you are not satisfied. A refund will not be processed until the item is returned and in hand in original condition. No restocking fee. A return due to a sizing issue will have postage covered, a return for other reasons will require shipping to be paid, or will be deducted from the refund amount.

Swapping an item out due to wrong sizes can definitely be done.
